Third-party management programs require organizations to assess risk throughout the contract lifecycle, yet procurement teams are often constrained by scarce legal capacity and inconsistent early triage. Standard agreements, amendments, and vendor-specific terms create queues long before the highest-risk language is visible.

FBA worked across procurement teams, legal stakeholders, category managers, suppliers, and product leaders to define where language could be assessed against approved templates and where human legal review remained necessary. The resulting LLM workflow flagged risky clauses, compared terms against known patterns, and routed only higher-risk contracts for specialist attention.
