Founder
Matt Fei
Matt began his career in institutional finance at ING Bank in Paris, where he learned to reason about risk, incentives, and capital allocation under uncertainty. He later earned his MBA at Carnegie Mellon’s Tepper School of Business and moved into technology product leadership.
At Amazon and Apple, Matt worked at the frontier of customer-facing technology and artificial intelligence, including product environments where scale, reliability, and human behavior are inseparable. Fei Business Advisory brings that synthesis to organizations that need modernization to be not only technically plausible, but operationally adopted.
The firm’s method is intentionally interdisciplinary: diagnose the work, design the decision system, implement the right technology, and transfer capability to the client organization.
