Matt Fei
FounderMatt began his career on the global stage, managing institutional investment portfolios at ING Bank in Paris. Drawn by the disruptive pull of Amazon, he pivoted from finance to tech—earning his MBA at Carnegie Mellon’s Tepper School of Business to chart a course into innovation. Post-graduation, Matt joined Amazon, using AI to integrate. He later brought that expertise to Apple, contributing to Siri at the dawn of the large language model era. After a decade at the forefront of big tech, Matt founded Fei Business Advisory to help organizations harness the strategies and technologies that power giants like Amazon and Apple.
Moe Ali
PartnerMoe launched his career on the fast-paced trading floors of JP Morgan, where he led North America credit for nearly a decade. Driven by a love for fashion, he changed careers after attending Carnegie Mellon’s Tepper School of Business, jumping into Amazon’s Beauty and Grooming business. His sharp instincts earned him the role of Head of Digital Marketing for Athletics, where he created go-to-market strategies for limited edition footwear (Nike, Reebok, Adidas). He later brought his e-commerce savvy to G-III (DKNY, Karl Lagerfeld, Vilebrequin) and TikTok, where he specialized in e-commerce brand activation. At Fei Business Advisory, Moe channels that cross-industry firepower to help brands thrive through digital transformation and break into top e-commerce channels.
Dima Bezzubenkov
EngineeringDima began his entrepreneurial journey by reimagining how companies collaborate with development agencies. As the founder of Dev Team Inc., he built a software consultancy designed to eliminate the risks of outsourcing—crafting an incentive model where his team becomes the stakeholder most invested in a project’s success. With a global team and over 23 successful projects across industries like healthcare, insurance, and logistics, Dima has led the creation of web, mobile, and blockchain-based solutions enhanced by analytics and machine learning. We are proud to have him come onboard as our lead of engineering.
